Located away from other settlements, Astley Cross and Areley Kings are to the northwest and Stourport on Severn is across the river to the north. Larford lakes (www.larfordlakes.co.uk) - a popular venue for coarse fishing is close to the site, together with the River Severn. The site is 11 miles from Worcester and 25 miles from Birmingham.

Directions

From the north at M5 J.4, take the A456 to Kidderminster and the A451 to Stourport. At Stourport follow the main road, (A451) over the river bridge, heading towards Great Witney. After approxmately 1/2 mile take the left hand fork, signposted Worcester. Following the road through the village of Astley Cross. After approximately half a mile, take the left hand turning signposted Larford. Follow the country lane up Longmore Hill for about 1 mile; Larford Stone Works is directly on your left. If travelling from the south, take the A451 from M5 J.6 at Worcester.
