Issigonis - Location
In good company
Choose one of the live/work apartments at this stunning new development
and you’ll gain more than a smart, contemporary home. You’ll have space
to work and will become part of a community home-working individuals, from architects and accountants to graphic designers and
photographers.
There will be great opportunities to make valuable networking connections with your neighbours. You’ll be in good company near other modern creative and knowledge based businesses.
Space to live, work and relax
Issigonis is as much about living as working. With a harmonious balance of work and living space, it’s possible to separate business and home life whilst retaining the freedom to move between the two. Careful design has maximised the use of space. Full-height glazing means that both live and work spaces are flooded with natural light. Three courtyard gardens provide an attractive outlook and an ‘oasis’ in which to relax. Balconies and terraces to some apartments are perfect places to enjoy lunch or a drink after work in the warmer months.

In the heart of things
Living in W3, you’ll find that some of London’s trendiest areas are
just around the corner. Chiswick and Hammersmith, both within a mile
and a half of Issigonis, provide an enticing mix of riverside pubs and
restaurants, fashionable shops and great eateries. Try one of the cafes
and bars that have spilled out along the wide pavement of Chiswick’s
High Road, giving it a delightfully ‘Parisian’ air, see a play at
Hammersmith’s Lyric Theatre or a concert at the Carling Apollo.
Fulham, like Hammersmith, has an abundance of coffee shops , upmarket bars and restaurants and the new Broadway Shopping Centre whilst Ealing offers leafy parks, a village feel and a vibe that’s definitely cosmopolitan. Hang out in Notting Hill or take in a performance at Holland Park’s outdoor theatre.
Travelling with ease
From W3, you can travel by bus to Ealing, Chiswick, Hammersmith and
Shepherd’s Bush, take a mainline train from Acton mainline station to
Paddington, Reading, Bristol and Wales or drive north to the A40 or
south to the M4, which offers easy access to Heathrow.
East Acton tube station, just ¾ mile away, is on the central line and South Acton mainline station, less than a mile away, is on the Silverlink North London line running between Richmond and North Woolwich. The West London tram scheme, scheduled for completion in 2009, will make journeys between Uxbridge and Shepherd’s Bush much easier.
