Taylor Wimpey is offering to throw work space in for free at its Sandringham and Waterside Park developments in west London. The volume house builder is making the ‘buy the living space, get the work space free’ deal on its developments at Waterside Park, West Drayton and Sandringham, Ruislip.

Both developments feature two bedroom apartment-style living accommodation adjoining self-contained business units. The ‘Crest’ range live/work apartments are available from £209,995, which is comparable with apartments featuring a similar sized living area in the locality, according to Taylor Wimpey.

The adjacent business unit contain up to 517 sq ft of working space, providing room for up to eight people and including a large office area, a kitchenette and washroom. The living quarters include a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and good-sized second bedroom.
